My look of the day from yesterday! I wanted to create a green smokey look. It was a lot of fun and I loved how it turned out...I may make a tutorial ;)
- I used a green Avon eyeliner that I had laying around and used it to cover my lids being careful to not get it above the crease. I also put some underneath my lower waterline.
- Then I used my fingers to gently smudge out the eyeliner on my lids.
- Next, I used the eyeshadow color Tequila from Kat Von D's ludwig palette on my brow bone and on the inner corners of my lids as a highlight.
- Then I used the eyeshadow Dimebag from Kat Von D's ludwig palette on my entire lid and a little below the eyeliner underneath my lower waterline by the inner corners.
- Next I used the eyeshadow Orbi from the same palette on my outer lids and also below my waterline as well.
- Then I used the eyeshadow Downtown from the same palette in my crease.
- I then used the eyeshadows Orbi and Downtown a couple of time in my crease until it creates more of a smokey look.
- This is optional, but I like to blend the crease colors upwards a little to fade it out into the highlight color.
- I then used another green eyeliner of a different shade to line my lower waterline and for tight-lining.
- Add eyeliner and mascara and...you're all done!
I was really pleased with how it turned out and am thinking of making a video tutorial on my youtube channel! ^-^
